There are two applications:
1) current recipients re-applying
2) new applicants

The MWFoundation will determine the scholarship winners based on the following criteria:

• financial need = family’s income level must be below $150k per year
• the individual merits of the skater
• applicant must be under the age of 18 (unless recipient from a previous year)
• eligibility status and level of skater
• young athlete showing exceptional potential – Olympic potential
• young athlete who is competing well at his/her level
• special circumstances
